Leaders And Growth – 2

As follow up to last weeks tip, I offer this as a continuation tip related to leaders and growth.

My leadership tip this week is primarily for all emerging and aspiring leaders … and that is to encourage you to consciously create a plan for your career and then take the necessary actions that catapults your career.

If you’re an established leader, read on because I want you to know what the emerging leaders in your organization and in your industry are doing … and / or thinking of doing. You can help and encourage them. You may also identify a nugget or two that enhances your own career.

People get stuck in careers all of the time.

They often don’t know what to do about it and they are frightened by the notion of quitting their job and / or finding another. Don’t be … it’s your career and believe me, it’s over before you know it. So don’t be stuck – have a plan.

To help you catapult your career, I suggest you start with reading this article containing 30 – career moves, then immediately implement the appropriate actions that will work for you.

In addition to the article suggestions, you must find an effective mentor that cares about you and your future.

Leadership is a journey and along the way learning to filter and implement the advice is critical to your success. Don’t feel you have to do it alone – find a mentor or coach to help you.

Enjoy your leadership journey !
